To be honest, I did other things as well, but building boffer weapons took a significant slash out of my hobby time.
Throwing Knife 
Two-handed warhammer:
The first "Soka" club. Built for my daughter, and named after the character in the Avatar animated series who uses something vaguely resembling this:
The second "Soka" club. Same rationale, built for my son, and intended for two-handed pain distribution.
And finally, the "Pink Unicorn Blade of Glitter". Because I could, so I did:
